60 minute training sessions personalized to meet your goals. In Person, virtual, and hybrid training options are available.
Train along side Built By The Bell members. If you have access to equipment dumbbells or kettlebells at home or in a gym this is a great option. 4 workouts are posted weekly to the Train Heroic app!

I'm a fitness trainer and kettlebell specialist based in New York City. Fun fact: Ever since I was 5 years old I always desired to be a gym teacher. Fast forward 20 years and I’m living an even better dream — I help adults move and feel better through physical activity on a daily basis and I couldn’t love it more.
Growing up as an athlete, I always felt most free playing sports, so my goal is to bring more play into people's lives. I started my fitness career at Penn State University where I completed a fitness training program that allowed me to teach group classes for students and faculty on a daily basis. After graduation, I moved to New York City and started my career at Equinox specializing in one-on-one training and nutrition coaching. I was with the company for four years conducting 20-30 sessions on a weekly basis.
After years of working out with too much volume, my new training mindset prioritizes quality over quantity. I'm dedicated to helping you reach your goals and have fun along the way!
